Disabled Access
The Des Moines Arts Festival® grounds are handicap accessible. Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first-come, first-served basis at Volunteer Headquarters at 1200 Grand Ave.
Handicap Parking
Designated handicap parking is located on Walnut St., south of the Festival grounds, outside the 12th and Walnut Entrance. Parking is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are four ATM Locations located throughout the Festival:
- Locust West Food Court at 15th Street
- Locust East Food Court at 12th Street
- Corner of 13th & Locust Street
- Corner of 13th & Grand Avenue
All artists accept cash and most accept credit cards.
Food vendors accept cash and some accept credit cards.
The Festival Stores and all Beverage locations accept cash, credit card and Square Wallet.
WIFI
Stay connected and shop online throughout the entire festival site through the complimentary Festival WIFi and the Des Moines Parks Wifi.
Information Booths
Information Booths are located inside the entrances on 16th & Locust, 12th & Locust, 13th & Locust, and 12th & Grand.
Lost and Found
Located in Volunteer Headquarters at 1200 Grand in the John and Mary Pappajohn Education Center. Contact the Information Booths with any inquiries.
Lost Children Inquiries
Go to the Information Booths to report missing children. Information booth staff will contact Des Moines Arts Festival® staff and security to assist in locating lost people.
Restrooms
Portable restroom facilities are located on the Des Moines Arts Festival® site south of Locust Street on 15th Street, and along Grand Avenue at 12th Street.
Security
The Des Moines Arts Festival® has 24-hour security on-site. A security officer can be located at all Festival entrances.
