My current focus is on “up-cycled” and creatively vibrant jewelry. A working artist for over 20 years, I graduated with a BFA in Metals/Jewelry from Northern Arizona in 1995 and a Masters in Fine Art from Texas Tech in 2002. I have taught classes in jewelry at the university level as well as weekend classes in my home workshop. I currently consider my studio work and traveling around the country as an art gypsy my full time job, attending about 15 national shows per year. My jewelry can be found in 12 galleries across the United States. My work has also been featured in Lapidary Journal Magazine and art books such as 1000 Rings and 1000 Glass Beads, both Lark Book publications. When not making art I enjoy drinking wine with friends, bellydancing, and drumming up silliness in whatever way possible.
