Applications will become available in the spring of 2011.
   

The Interrobang Film Festival combines a traditional film production festival with a public screening.  Accepted films will be screened at various times throughout the three days of the Des Moines Arts Festival on June 24-26, 2011 in downtown Des Moines.

Submissions include:
- Shorts must not exceed 15 minutes in length
- Mids must be 15 - 60 minutes in length.
- Features must be at least 60 minutes in length and not exceed 140 minutes in length.
- There is no time limit on documentary or free form submissions. Examples of free form include: experimental films, music videos, etc.

An Iowa Filmmaker Award will go to an individual, production company or department that is a resident of the state of Iowa or whose film was primarily shot (at least fifty percent) in Iowa.

Submissions will be reviewed by a panel of local jurors, and awards will be determined based on a "Best of" category system. Cash prizes will be awarded in various categories.
