Des Moines Arts Festival® Announces 2018 Award Winners

Des Moines, IA – July 2, 2018 – The 2018 Des Moines Arts Festival® is pleased to announce the 2018 award winners. Mixed media artist, Amanda Outcalt from Norfolk, VA was selected as this year's Best of Show. And Ryan Koning was selected as the Leysens Family Best of Emerging Artist award winner. Ryan is a third-year Studio Art and Education major at Luther College and resides in Urbandale, Iowa.
